I'm at the thinking what I'm going to wear stage...
Have some new jingly belled reindeer antlers from the £1 shop which are a must, but do I pair them with the Jimmy choos and the Versace or keep it relaxed with sandals and sarong for the beach... what a dilemma

What's everyone else going to wear?
As mine will be a flying visit to the island, I 'm not sure I will have time to change even virtualy so to keep things simple I will be wearing my black sort of velvety trousers with my green sort of velvety top from Next which I've figured will do for work, Dad, over to brother's, back to Dad and back to work- so it will also have to do for our island
I will be preparing lots of veg this afternoon and will do an extra mountain of veg for our island. Anyone fancy being responsible for the virtual Turkey (and nut roast for our vegies)?
I think the sarong, Mrs A, that sand will ruin the Jimmy CHoos.

I am going for a kaftan myself complete with Santa earrings.

A spot of shopping to do this afternoon but I will then get on,with preparing our pigs in blankets. Thinking of glazing them with honey and mustard this year.
Think I will wear my nice summer skirt I bought this year. Red tee with it so it's a Christmas colour! Will ask to borrow the reindeer brooch DD has.
Anne, I don't like honey, but maybe virtually I will?! Xx
I'll be travelling in my jeggings, as they are one size too large and so comfortable! My knee replacements don't like tight trousers when sitting around for long periods. Once there, I'll be in my tankini and sun lotion most of the time, but after my evening shower to wash the salt off, I'll wear a casual ankle length dress. They always look good on someone not far off 6ft, and cover up a multitude of sins, especially when there is cheesecake, trifle, and Black Forest Gateau around!!! After that lot, I'm not sure the jeggings will be one size too large on the way home again?
Well as I like to comfortable think I'll plump for my cut-off jogging bottoms with a baggy t-shirt     (as I prefer it hot and sunny I won't be visiting the polar regions of the island this trip !)
Hi fellow party-goers,
Looks like you have been prepping the island ready.
I prefer the sunny side too, with a pleasant sea breeze, though will take a peek at the cute polar bears, penguins and seals.

I'm a comfy-wear person too ... Now I fancy a swim and then a read and a nap in one of those comfy looking hammocks before I'm ready to party.

For my contribution, I've brought along my "wishing bag," so if you wish for what you would like and put your hand in ... You will find it!

Merry Christmas everyone. I'm already here in my pjs. It's beautiful. Hope you'll all be here soon. :D

PS is it too early for a mince pie or a slice of Christmas cake???
Happy Christmas everyone, already had wardrobe malfunction  Tried the new velvety trousers and a bit on the tight side so on to plan B some comfy sort of slinky black trousers.
Keep a look out for the Queens speach as we get a mention I believe :D
Have fun on the island today and save some food for me.
