Hi all.
It has been a very hectic and trying few months with my wife's physical health, I'll explain more at a later date.
I need some advice on medical records as I don't think that my wife's GP is being completely honest, I have been doing some research into it and it's says that the law changed in 1998 stating that no person can obtain medical records by the GP for themselves or somebody else if they think that the person in question my cause harm on themselves with the information contained in it.
I was wondering if this ruling is exempt for carers who are looking after someone or if it applies right across the board.
I'll write a big catch up soon when I have got a spare couple of hours so much has happened.
Thanks Mark.
