Music is my therapy.
Classical music, especially cello and violin even though I've never played I used to play the piano.
Our daughter gave me a Kindle Paperwhite for my birthday and I have quite a selection of books on that.
Stella Rimington has just brought out a new one.All of her series are excellent.
I also like Edward Marston "The Railway Detective" series.
I have some favourite religious ones on my kindle also.
We have a Siberian husky, female aged 1 year and 6 months who requires a lot of walking, which is shared between our two sons who live here and me. I find it leaves me little time to do much housework, including decluttering and not enough time to spend with my family.

I also love reading - auto/biography, crime - as in John Grisham - classic novels - I didn't read enough of them in my youth and many of them are available free online. We have a charity book table at our local Tesco and a couple of books I bought from there were What Happens in London by Julia Quinn - set in Regency London and very funny - and The Sanctuary Sparrow by Ellis Peters, which I loved and want to get more. It's one of the Cadfael Chronicles, which were on tv a few years ago. When I finish a book, I bring it back and buy another one. I'm also thinking of joining the library again.

Im an Avon Sales Leader and in partnership with Sarah who is single Mummid 40s. I'm 76 and am now able to still enjoy my business despite caring for my husband. I had a njght away on monday at the annual Avon cknference. It was great to only have to think of myself for 1 night
I love art and reading!

I run a popular book club for families who are living on my floor each month. We meet at my flat, discuss books and chat as well. The sense of community is faciliated and I love it.

When I am not with my son or daughter at home or at appointments etc, I either am at work or taking care of myself.

I’m planning to start taking sewing classes soon too. My mother still runs a sewing business from my childhood home when she is not working outside the home as a party planner. I used to help her out by collecting information from her clients. I love artistic hobbies. But my daughter and son love to keep me occupied. I have noticed that. So I don't have time anymore.

I need a break sometimes. We all do.
I make stuff like this in my spare time. A little bud vase, glazed and fired to 1200° C.
