<t>The Government hasn't a magic wand! I think some people on this forum seem to expect Gordon Brown to conjure up money out of thin air! Everyone wants more cash but if the money isn't there the Government can't do much! With the economic downturn, and people losing their jobs, there will be less t...
I see your point John but tend to agree with Charles on this one. My Jill isn't interested in anything on the web, but reads a lot and could easily be seriously offended by some of my postings about her. She suffers from a nervous disorder/Dementia and my name would be mud and my life made hell for...

<t>I don't think any other Government would do any better given the world financial crisis. I have more faith in Brown to hold it together than Cameron and Clegg. As carers of course we would like more dosh, but so does everyone else, I am not sure though that as deserving as we are, we can be made ...
Surely I can't be alone in thinking this Government isn't doing too bad a job in the circumstances?

I came across this Downing Street pettion which I think is a good idea. I frequently clear out our unwanted items, and if I could leave them outside one day a month, or whenever, in the hope that someone else might acquire them that would be great.
