Does anyone know of any countries that provide Full Time students with some form of Carers Allowance? I know that even if other countries do provide CA to full tume students it doesnt mean the UK has to do it, it can only persuade them. Dont get me wrong, it is a paltry amount but at least you're getting it. I just wish that the rules about who gets carers Allowance should be ammended.
