Can we ask you age group. This question comes up from time to time. I sometimes wonder if it's about getting working aged people back into the non carer work.

Adult placement sounds a very good way forward. This would provide consistency of care. There will regular care plan meetings etc. The carers will be able to provide advocacy and hopefully you will all be on the same page. You will have others opinions to back up what you have been saying all along....
