I have the same problem, my husband is 90 and has had his jab because of age and multiple ailments. I am his full time carer but not eligible for jab yet (72 this year). I had a letter from NHS this morning inviting me to make an appointment for the vaccine jab but the nearest place is over 20 miles...

Now find that instead of dishing up a meal for him I let him help himself from casseroles or whatever on the table - he can eat as much or as little as he wants or nothing at all. Have tried to stop worrying about it.

Sounds an excellent idea. I am carer for my elderly husband (much older than me) he has multiple issues including C.O.P.D.; pulmonary fibrillation; prostate cancer; and incisional hernia etc., etc., He is on 16 hours oxygen a day and unable to do much anymore.
