I HAVE NOW BEEN ADVISED BY THE HOUSE OF COMMONS THAT THEY HAVE LOOKED AT ALL THE WEBSITES THAT YOU ADVISED US OF AND THEY HAVE TOLD US THAT THE THREAD ON CARERS UK WEBSITE HAS BEEN CLOSED DOWN BY "GAVIN " OF CARERS UK WITH THE COMMENT "THERE IS NO BASIS TO THE RUMOUR. THIS THREAD IS GOING NOWHERE. AND FOR EVERYONE`S SANITY IS BEING LOCKED AND STRONGLY SUGGEST WE MOVE ON".

HOWEVER, I CAN ADVISE YOU THAT DOUG INTENDS TO ASK A PARLIAMENTARY QUESTION IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS TO TRY TO CLARIFY THE POSITION FURTHER TO YOU. THIS MAY TAKE A LITTLE TIME, BUT DOUG WILL KEEP YOU ADVISED OF THE RESPONSE.

BEST WISHES.

What a place to dine out at George, such luxury.

I have been there 3 times many moons ago.Once a wedding and 2 works Xmas parties. If I remember right the wooden dance floors have springs underneath. When we used to (attempt to ) dance Image ,the whole floor moved.Someone said it was for the professional dancers years ago,no idea if true though.

The last time I was there, must be easily 10 yrs ago,I came out well under the influence Image Image and tried get in the casino next door.Bouncers had a job on their hands keeping me out.I cant even blame my youth as was in mid 30's at the time Image Image .All in good fun though.
I can just see it - Rosemary telling the bouncers "I'm not as think as you drunk I am!"

You got that right Charles Image .
Just shows that I should not try keep pace when 20 fellas, all scaffolders, are drinking Image Image .Mind you,I was not far behind them...oh for memories. With my own bouncers standing next to me ( scaffolder mates of hubbys ),I was allowed to stand in the reception area and peek in to the casino itself. Not been many men been able to stop me getting where I wanted to be Image Image
