The Department of Health is currently running a formal consultation on adult autism to help develop a strategy for ensuring adults with autism can live full and equal lives.

As part of this process they have asked Opinion Leader, an independent market and social research company to run a series of meetings to hear the views of adults with ASC, their families/carers and professionals.

For adults with ASC we are offering a range of ways to take part including one to one interviews, group discussions and an online community.

If you would like to take part to discuss your views of services for adults with ASC, please fill in the form below.

We are looking to speak to a wide range of people, so at the moment we are only asking for people to express an interest in taking part. Participants will then be selected to make sure we cover as many different types of people as possible. We will be in touch within three weeks to let you know how you can put your views forward.

If you are a person with ASC, or an unpaid carer/family member and you take part we will give you a thank you payment for your time and to cover your expenses such as respite care.

Please can you fill in this form as completely as possible to help us contact you to arrange a meeting or tell you about how else other ways you can take part such as through the formal consultation.

If you have any questions please email or call the helpline number on 020 7861 2877
