Thank you for today's Zoom chat, it was lovely and I really hope these will continue. As I said on there, I can't physically get to meetings so this is perfect for me. Thank you for setting these up :) x

There is still space to join our Learn and Share webinar this Thursday at 3-4pm. The session will be on Creative Writing and Poetry and will be run by The Open Book Project Team, Goldsmith's University. The previous session they ran went down a treat, so I highly recommend joining. No experience in creative writing is needed.

To book your place visit: www.carersuk.org/cuppa
As a carer it’s important to take a little break and spend some time talking to people who understand what you’re going through. Join us on Monday 29 June at 3pm for Care for a Cuppa - our online meet-up for carers and former carers. To register your place, visit: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/registe ... v5hcczehUi
Now, this should be interesting and a lot of fun. This Thursday ( 2nd July) at 3pm, a music therapist is running a session on how you can use music in your caring. We'll be discussing how music can be a useful resource, as well as some of your favourite music, and I think we'll even attempt to create a melody at the end! To register your place, visit www.carersuk.org/cuppa and scroll to the bottom. Hope you can make it
Join us on Thursday 9 July at 3pm for live poetry readings about caring from Carers UK members followed by discussions on the issues and themes addressed in the poems. To book your place, visit https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/registe ... GdkD0rjdOn
Hope you can make it!
