About you

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Officer to support the Business Development and Innovation team to develop, test and improve our digital products. The Business, Development and Innovation directorate is responsible for Carers UK’s digital products and services for employers and local authority commissioners and service providers.  

You will liaise with and provide technical support to users of the organisation’s digital products. You will also provide support to ensure that all of our digital platforms are working well.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and ambitious Technical Support Officer with a proven track record of making a difference.
