About you

This role is ideal for someone with direct experience of working on a helpline. You will already have some experience providing information and support on benefits and employment. You will be confident finding your way around databases and have an eye for detail when it comes to collating and analysing activity data.

Above all though, you must have a deep-felt commitment to providing high quality information, advice and support services to carers.

About the role

Carers UK provides telephone, email and online support to unpaid carers through a national helpline service and its national offices in London, Cardiff, Glasgow and Belfast.

We are looking for a Helpline Services Support Officer to provide expert information and advice to carers who contact us for help. Additionally, you will contribute to crafting our information resources and digital content.
