Health and Social Care Integration: make your views known!

16 May 2012

Carers Scotland today urged carers to take part in consultation events about adult health and social care integration in Scotland.

The Scottish Government has outlined proposals to join up Adult Heath and Social Care for adults so that they get the best standard of care. Carers' views are important and can influence the outcome of the Bill.

The Scottish Health Council are hosting events across Scotland for carers, patients and individuals to:

  • Learn about the Scottish Government's proposals for Adult Health and Social Care Integration
  • Ask questions about what this could mean for carers and users of health and social care services

These events will be held on:

  • 28 May, Perth
  • 04 July, Glasgow
  • 05 July, Dumfries
  • 19 July, Edinburgh
