We develop practice guides including the latest information on policy, case studies and recommended service models to help practioners adapt to change and develop new services.

BAME Toolkit

Following on from our groundbreaking report into the experiences of BAME carers Half a Million Voices, Carers UK have worked with Joint Improvement Partnership to produce an interactive toolkit to improve outcomes from social care services for BAME carers. The toolkit provides a number of good practice examples from boroughs across London and key questions on how to improve carers strategies.

London Carers Support Directory
