Telehealthcare is the term used to describe a technology enabled and integrated approach to the delivery of effective health and care services.
Telehealthcare is the term used to describe the use of telecare and telehealth to provide a technology enabled and integrated approach to the delivery of effective high quality health and care services which can enable people to live with greater safety and independance in their own home.
This training toolkit has been produced in partnership with the Joint Improvement team and designed to support health and social care and carers' organisations to facilitate a range of awareness raising and training sessions for staff and carers on carers' issues and the potential benefit of telehealthcare.
