Hi Tess and welcome

Hi everyone,
This is my second time here would like to say thanks to everyone who welcomed me I've never done anything like this before but its nice to know your not alone mum has vascular dementia and currently has had a dip she goes to a day centre 4 days a week which helps until she got time mixed up and took her self in a taxi too early before it opened and was wandering outside she thought the bus had'nt come to pick her up totally stressed me out she lives in sheltered accomodation I phone her every morn to tell her what time it is and day and if she's at centre did'nt make any difference that day so I bought a big clock with month date and day on so its a contant reminder and helps especially as she's just moved day centres as hers has closed and is further away I just had to get that off my chest I did go on at what could have happened to her if they had been closed.

Hi Tess,
Sorry life is so tough at the moment. Do you feel that the GP and Social Services are doing enough for you at the moment?
