Thank you Robert,, I thought maybe we could have some toast thats why I lit the fire,, so we could use the toasting fork and make toast from the fire,, I remember doing that when I lived at home with my mum and dad,, hope you and mum are keeping well, take care and God bless you both,xx Love Maggie xx

Thanks, Maggie. That was a kind thought.

When I was but a child I would use a garden cane and toast bread on the bonfire. Pity we couldn't afford a toaster :lol:

I always say, you can never eat too much toast, or drink too much tea, or buy too many flowers.

I did porridge for breakfast this morning. ( Not easy to make using a toasting fork. ) Pancakes for tea :) :)

Wishing all my carer friends a very sunny and hot good morning,, hope you are all well this lovely day, and enjoy your day in whatever you have planned for it, David and I are off into the city this morning, to get his assissted travel booked for when we go down to London next Tuesday, to see family,, am just having a cuppa before we set off so will send you all one down as well, take care and God bless you all, will talk to you all later on,, Maggie xxxx
