ICE

Someone else posted about this elsewhere but I thought it relevant to make a new post as I have something I would like to suggest..
ICE (In Case of Emergency) is the information others will need to know about a person in the case of emergency.
Not always only medical information either.
I have to carry ICE with me at all times due to medication I have. I carry it on my wrist and in my wallet as I won't always have my phone with me but it's also there just in case.
However, I also think that when setting up ICE one should also include relevant details if caring for another.
In my case I have included the specific facts regarding my wife's condition as well as my own details.
It is she who is going to need the care if I am not there.
I bought a wristband which also gave me entitlement to save my information online.
Access to that information is granted when the wristband is read by anyone from Emergency Services.
Are you not worried bout Privacy and Confidentialty issues?
I see no reason to be concerned as if anything were to happen to me at least someone would be informed about my wife. I have only divulged as much as I need to in order to ensure that.
