There are a number of grant making trusts around that may be able to help - I suggest you contact the Careline or find a local carers group/carers centre, who would possibly be able to help.

With most trusts you need to go through a social worker, health visitor or voluntary agency (registered as a charity).
There are a few websites listed on our Finding help pages that might help

1) Holiday Care
Holiday and travel information for disabled and older people.
2) Holiday Homes for the Handicapped
A charity providing holiday accommodation for disabled people.
3) Disabled Access Holidays
features holiday destinations that are suitable for disabled travellers in a number of different countries.

Look under national organisations and then under general disability links
