Feeling isolated

Tell us a bit about yourself here.
Thank you all for your comments, however this thread was started by Carole and I seem to have hijacked it! I will try to create my own thread tomorrow and look forward to seeing you there.
Hopefully Carole will find some comfort in the comments as well

don't apologise Ian it happens all the time !
Hi Carole and Ian also,
It's normal to feel isolated as a carer. I'm okay because I've done it so long it's all I've known all of my adult life. I am lucky as I've had a lot to occupy me during my life. Even so, I get days where I feel alone with it all. I think everyone who's a carer does really.
I sometimes (mostly) feel Invisible by doctors.

Do they give the people who shout th loudest the most help?
Thank you
It's so good to be able to share my feelings with people who understand .I actually love working and it gives me a chance to be be be someone different and forget about caring but the juggling act gets a but much at times .
