Post Office services

Postby Colin_1705 » Tue Jun 27, 2017 1:17 pm

I am not sure this is in the best category on the Forum?

But I remember when 12 years or so ago, thee DWP was persuading claimants to get their money paid into bank accounts, I think this was to reduce the amount of money paid as a fee to the Post Office.
Now many Crown post offices are being operated in newsagent and WHSmith branches.
Some people chose to stay loyal. To the post office and got money paid into a Post Office account. How is that working out for people please?
