How many nights can my son stay in residential school before Carer's allowance is stopped?

When my son was in residential care the DWP told me I didn't qualify, but the CUK helpline helped me and as a result I was £50 or thereabouts better off. Did you know you can also claim DLA Care when he is home with you, as well?
The helpline will give you all the info you need. (Email is easiest as the phone gets busy.
