Mainly care hmes allied with political and economic mistakes , and the usual sticking plaster approach
whereas a major overhaul of the system plus adequate funding is needed.

Previously reports warn of meltdown in the privately run care homes which may well leave many being
taken over by the LAs.

A disaster now happening despite warnings over the past 20 years.

What a way for one to have to face this prospect during their final years on this planet ?
