Imagine a commercial enterprise being run along these lines ?

If nothing else , perhaps some management consultations would look at ( 1 ) Government policy ( 2 ) NHS mangement / control structure ( 3 ) contracts with outside suppliers and then prepared XXX,XXX P45s to strip out the dead wood , and replace with human beings with common sense and a clear job directive.

Cutbacks ? First identify what needs to be changed / cutback !

Be interesting to see if the charity sector could do with being under the microscope in a similar way ?
