We offer over 30 courses such as community care law, carers' rights and benefits to health and social care professionals, advice workers, employers, lawyers and others who work with carers. You can come along to our training suite in London or we can put on a course at a venue of your choice and tailor the training to your organisation's specific requirements.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority, (formerly the Law Society) Accreditation
Our training is accredited by The Institute of Legal Executives and The Solicitors Regualtion Authority. Our legal courses qualify for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours. Trainees attending legal courses can claim up to 5 hours for a one-day course as shown in the individual course outlines and 2.5 hours for a half-day course.
General Social Care Council
Carers UK courses count toward the General Social Care Council requirements for post-registration training for all registered social workers.
