This website is to help develop services that enable carers to remain in or return to work. It contains a wide range of resources and is aimed at :

• local authorities
• care trusts
• NHS trusts

This toolkit contains

• convincing reasons why the development of services for carers should be a priority
• resources to help make progress in this area
• examples of good practice

The key materials (in the form of downloads or links) are collected together for the first time and have come directly or indirectly from the work of  Carers UK and the partners in the ACE National Project.
