Carers UK produces a range of factsheets and booklets for carers and those working with carers. We also have a range of research reports which provide hard evidence on the impact of caring on people's lives and make recommendations to improve policy and practice.
We have different rules for carers and professionals. Please read carefully before ordering.
If you are a carer
One copy of each of our factsheets and booklets is free to carers. If you order additional copies and/or reports and books there will be a charge for these items. You do not have to pay for postage and packing.
If you are a professional
Some publications are free to professionals but others are charged for. The charges help towards the costs of future printed material for carers. You must also pay postage and packing on all orders (even for free items). For a list of our prices and postage rates click here. Please note if you are ordering factsheets and booklets you can only buy them in packs of ten.
Where you live
Please note that the law and policy relating to carers can be different in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Some of the publications listed below contain information relevant to England only. Publications covering Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are available by contacting the relevant office.
