Aw Rin - (((((((((hugs))))))))) You are special xx I know how rotten postnatal depression can be, let alone having Bi-polar on top of it! You deserve to feel not quite right, but I hope it doesn't last long for you xx
How are you feeling today?
I've had to edit this, as I've just read it again........and it sounds awful!!!!!!!! I didn't mean that you deserved it all!!!!!!!!!! Gosh! Of course, it sounded right when I read it the way that I wrote it, but reading it how someone else might read it, it sounds a bit offensive....oh heck, Rin - hope you know that I didn't mean anything horrid by it xxxxx

At the moment with little bubs, it's all take, take, take, me, me, me.......
AND THEN ................................
One day soon, she'll look up at you and give you that cheeky little first time smile, as if to say, I do love you, I know you're my mummy and you'll take care of me, I just can't say it yet .... but I do know.
And it'll be so lovely and you'll love it.
My daughter used to get so down in the first weeks, when it's all take, take, take, but when I explained that Ryan just couldn't SAY how much he loved her, she understood and just waited for that 'first smile', like he was saying thank you for sticking with me through the take, take, take times.
You know you'll get there, these feelings won't last forever, it's just s*it whilst it's going on and cos nobody understands. And your Amy is helping as much as she can, cos she's a good girl.
Take care, matey and don't be too sad, we all love you, you know that. xxx

Rin....anyone that can make this grumpy old menopausal woman smile is alright as far as I'm concerned! You are top of the shots on here and I'm sure your family think the same...take care, Bell xx

Seems you have the whole forum behind you, Rin. And the reason is easy to see, every time you post it comes from the heart. You do have a unique gift of communication, that is a rare and precious thing. And since you came back, it is as if the sunshine flooded into this funny little community. As many of us did when we were your age, you have lots of challenges and demons to battle with and ultimately vanquish, but at least you will always know that there are huge hugs for you here. Just dont take any advice from anyone aged over , say 35; , it might have worked 20 years ago but the chances are it won't work now

Rin your a darling, we all love you to bits. I'm 67 so I'd best not give you any advice or Rob might challenge it
I reckon it's the old hormones though. They play hell when you've just had a baby. Give yourself time to adjust and come and chat to us lot if you feel down and out.

i thought luffy was a really love word lol!
i went to see my friend michelle, shes about 3 doors up . she took amy with her to feed her friends cats while i changed cerys and then we met at hers for a cuppa. the space was great as id been told i was a c**t after i brought the girls all lunch from the corner shop as a treat and instead of getting annoyed and upset i thought- well it takes one to know one and how lucky u r that i dont have a spud gun!
my mum says im spethial lol lol lol
like b4 its one day at a time and cerys is quite chuffed to see me when she wakes up and the amy cudles or luffys (i think thats gonna be a word to be used audrey- its excellent! fluffy loves lol!) and here really helps.. drs 2moz though. he might not give me anything, he might want me o wait and see if it passes but either way im getting it on me record
i cant thank u lot enough for your kind words and hugs n love. Pete dont care how old u r m8, as long as u can get yer leg over a nice norton i dont mind!
rob- i think the worry starts when u r exzpecting, it just never ends lol
